House rules

Checking In & Checking Out

Check-In from 3:00pm. Early check-in can be arranged, subject to availability. Please ask at time of booking.

Check-out 11:00am. Special late check-out is available for most Monday mornings, subject to availability. Please ask time of booking.

Maximum Guests

The Orange Fox has three (3) queen bedrooms, each sleeping two (2). The house sleeps a maximum of six (6) guests.

Rates

Standard advertised rate is for maximum of four (4) guests in two (2) bedrooms. NB: A surcharge may be charged if guests request the use of the third bedroom.

Additional rate payable for 5th and 6th guests.

Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before check in date. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.

Children and Beds

Children are welcome and can use an existing bed, subject to AUD$50 per child, per night.

The maximum number of children allowed in existing beds is two per room.

No extra beds or cots are available. Guests should bring their own travel cot if required.

Age restriction

The minimum age for check-in is 21.

Pets

Pets are strictly not allowed.

No Smoking

The Orange Fox is strictly no smoking and reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee if guests are found to have breached this policy.

Cards accepted at this property

The Orange Fox accepts VISA and Mastercard and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Quiet hours

Guests must be quiet between 11:00pm and 07:00am.
